Log Home Seminar in Jefferson, NC

You’ve heard it before, but NOW is the best time to build! Mortgage rates are low, building material prices are low, and land sales here in the High Country have been coming down.
Whether you are taking advantage of this historic time or considering a log home sometime in the future, you are invited to attend an informational seminar at the Log Homes of America headquarters in Jefferson, NC.

Log Homes of America is proud to host this seminar, which will discuss all aspects of building a log home from land considerations, foundations, styles, cost savings, interior design, and much more.
Lunch will be provided and all attendees will receive a $10 coupon to a local Ashe County Christmas Tree Farm so you can couple your visit with your Christmas tree selection!

DIRECTIONS:
From Winston-Salem and points east, follow Rt. 421 North towards the High Country. Once you go through Wilkesboro and make the climb up the mountain, you will pass under the Blue Ridge Parkway at the top. At the first light, go right on Rt. 221 North. You will follow 221 North 18 miles to our office. You will pass West Jefferson and Jefferson – watch the signs to be sure you stay on 221 North. After going past Jefferson, you will pass a Citgo gas station and car wash on the right; you will need to turn left there to stay on 221. Our office is 2 miles up the road – you can’t miss it.
From Charlotte and points south – there are two options; you can take Hwy. 77 North to 421 North (see directions above) or you can take Hwy. 85 South from Charlotte to Rt. 321 North (at Gastonia). You will follow 321 North through Lenoir, up the mountain, through Blowing Rock and into Boone. In Boone, you will look for signs to get on Rt. 421 South. To do so, you will turn onto Rt. 105 & 221 North. 421 South runs due east out of Boone. From there you will travel about 10 miles until seeing signs for West Jefferson; 221 North (see directions above).
