Heavy Timber Beams
Every job is different. Choosing the right species for the job is an integral part of the process. Some construction jobs specify accent timbers, while others request a species due to its structural characteristics. Our stock items include Eastern White Pine, Western Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar. These items meet most common demands. Surface Options
- Rough Sawn: Natural, rustic finish as milled; may feature minor variations in tone and texture.
- Fresh Sawn: Freshly milled for a clean, bright, and consistent appearance.
- S4S (Smooth 4 Sides): Planed on all surfaces for a consistent, uniform, and smooth finish.
- S1S2E (Smooth 1 Side, 2 Edges): Planed on one face and two edges, leaving one side rough.
- Hand-Hewn: Traditionally crafted with a textured, artisanal finish for an authentic look.
Tongue & Groove
Our white pine tongue and groove (T&G) boards bring rustic charm to any type of home. Easy to install and perfect for interior walls and ceilings. We keep these boards in stock at our warehouse in Jefferson, NC.
